All our products are 3D printed to order. 3D printing is a revolutionary process that allows us to keep low inventory and allow us to make on demand. Once you order a pot, your planter begins its production process. Due to the nature of 3D printing, some small defects are expected.

If you're looking to place our products in your store, reach out to us. We provide discounts and will work with you to find something in your budget.

If you have changed your mind about a product, we accept returns and will refund you your purchase price minus what it costs us to ship it. If the workmanship is not up to par (decided by us), we will refund the whole amount and send you a new one.

We try to make and ship orders out within two business days of receiving your order. This is subject to change around holidays but if there is an expected delay, we will be sure to let you know :)

We provide free shipping within the United States with First Class Mail. The average shipping time for First Class Mail is 2 to 5 days.
